Class 1/2S

Hi, my name is Mrs Wright. I am the teacher in 1/2S. I am super lucky to have an amazing teaching assistant called Mrs Gashi.

Having fun is important in 1/2S; we believe that having fun whilst learning is always the best idea!

Year 1/2 is an amazing year, and we have so many fantastic characters to learn about, such as: Famous queens, Mother Teresa and Tim Berners-Lee. These characters underpin our whole curriculum and help to fully immerse us in our learning.

We love working in small groups and sharing our ideas with our peers. We also love to work independently to produce the best work we can.

We follow our school rules of Ready, Respectful and Safe and always walk "The Elton Way" around school showing our superb manners.
